Although I think I spotted a wrong note on the bass at 2:43 and 3:05 in the bass breakdown.

Yes,..this is a good idea,..the backer above doesn't sound that great. You may want to ask Avalon to do the drums. The only problem I see with the song is the Keys and Violin! The keys are a big part of this song and need to be done right or it will sound like shit!

I worked with a live drummer who is a huge Kansas fan on 'The Wall' a while back. SG STD and I are working with him on another Kansas project too. The drummer has done a video for Wayward Son, so I think I could get his drums, add live bass, and put together the rest of the backer if someone wants to play guitar on it.

I know man,..I don't even know if they need a guitar player for the tune. I really don't have the time to do it. I have to many projects going on at one time. So,..if they need someone,..go for it bro! You'll rip it up!

UPDATE: I have a backer ready for some guitars to be added. Am interested in creating a YouTube video for this too. Could a simple as sitting in front of your Web cam playing along with the guitar part. Am hoping to splice together video clips of the drummer, guitarist, me and Geordie (if he's willing to do a vid along with his vocals). No big deal if you don't want to do a video too, but am hoping for someone who can turn this around quickly to give to Geordie!
