The one thing in the mix from being really super is the bass drum i think off the midi. It sounds paper thin, almost like a snare rim shot. But my honest feeback. Had a superb vibe!!!

And great vocals Mandy. Seems I was asking you for harmonies on colabs only yesterday, and now you have the lead in a band!!! :) Great job! The "meow"...was amazing...LOL..I thought the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders were exciting before that!!! :)

So when's your next gig at the local pub down the block... I'd pay to see this act. Dallas, not crazy about the drum sound, but doesn't matter much since everything else is flying totally off the charts. Sweet playing and then some. Mandy... as far as female musicians go, Chrissy is my all time absolute favorite, so now your right along side in the ranks. You sounded SENSATIONAL!!! :yourock:

The lead guitarist for the Pretenders always struck me as a little underappreciated and underpublicized. This song is a great example of the way he rocked out and Dallas, you tore it up. Great job. Mandy not only captures Chrissie's vibe, but there's just a hint of Joan Jett in there too. Awesome.

Thanks!! I always loved the band. I remember when I first got cable back in 80 or 81. The Pretenders were one of the first music videos I ever seen. As soon as I saw the video to "I'm Special", I thought the band was great! After that, everything they did was raw emotion and in concert they kick ass. The first time I heard;"Middle of The Road", I thought well this is rocking! I played with female singers, but nobody I have played with pulled it off like Mandy. She had the spirit to make it true to the feeling of the original. I'm sure you can tell. She put her heart and soul into it. Thats what makes a musician very special.
