It kinda goes without saying that this "backing" (i hate calling them that cause theyre so much more) is absolutely stunning quality. And wow what vocals... really top vocal performance. the control and vibrato. awesome stuff. killer solo too Art ;)... i love to hear you play man. In a bizarre kind of way i see you as the Blackmore to my Yngwie... weird i guess... but you rock man. Excellent!!!

And yeah Danny Geordie is my old pal as it were and we will do something again for sure , but Ive worked with 3F and JPF as well as Geordie , and i rate them all equally . One thing GB is good at and thats producing some real great Vocalists . Each one has a certain area were they excel , Rod has that pitch and accent which attracted me , and it led to me doing this tune with him in mind , Next time it could be you Danny !!!!

Superb. Loved the production like many have said. My speakers picked up the acoustic over to the left hand side beautifully. What do you use for the drums again mate? If it includes MIDI, I'll be lost. Jabs is a superb guitarist who I feel doesn't get the plaudits because of Schenker and Uli Roth but you had his sound and everything.

There's so many great Scorpions tracks and Rod is just a great, great fit. Never heard anyone else capture Klaus' vibe quite as well as he does. The backer and guitar work is spot on; just flawless. Cool choice too, not the typical Scorps hit.

Art, I don't know what it is with this piece, I've done no drinking or any other extra cirricular activity... but this stands out as such a special track production wise. I'm not a big fan at all of 80's ballad type stuff... and I've never really felt anything special for this song, but I swear it was oozing with pure magic. Rod, you are a very big part of that. The vocals here are, IMO, the best I've heard you do which is saying a whole lot. EXCELLENT!!!

Hey Art, in your travels of working with some of the voice talents here at GB, I would love to hear what you would do with the supercharges... I think that'd be a real treat too.

Art, this is spooky. Your covers are usually brilliant but this one is like a blooming replica. The singer has Klaus to a tee and your playing has the tone, sound and feel spot-on. May be you should release "Rock-Clones on 45" :yourock: !!!!!

I also saw the thread with Shoot!. That made me laugh. Great tune but I can't belive how poor the sound and production is looking back....and I thought it ws quite good at the time:notme:

You should have a go at doing something with those old Lazydog and Hammer tracks you and I worked on a few years back. There is potential in them thar toons.
