Here's a tune I did way back when, testing out the upload system and this is all I have at work :D Me on all the instruments, including a drum kit that I had at the time with a guitar port and keyboard for bass.

Hey Bud, this is pretty great. Perhaps my favorite Christmas song (who said Christmas music couldn't be dark and ominous???). The rock vibe is great. It sounds like Iron Maiden after too much egg nog (a little less complex than a lot of Maiden tunes, but full of good harmonies). I also took note of your vibrato which is very subtle (exaggerated vibratos grate on my nerves like nails on a chalkboard, something I struggle with curbing in my own playing). You definitely need to do more recordings.

Thanks man, I totally hear you about the vibrato I can't stand it when people sound like they are having a seizure lol. The Trans Siberian Orchestra's version of this song is probably the coolest xmas tune I've ever heard.

Damn, I keep getting a real player error saying that it can't connect to this filetype? WTF? I've only played at least 7,000,000 mp3's on this computer. Maybe I'll reboot and try again later. Doh!

That's always been an issue with this bulletin board, sorry dude. For most, WMP works and I know not many are a fan of that. :(

I tried it with WMV and it was fine. Sounds great man. Nice layering of tracks. I also like this song alot. I wish I could play drums and record live backing tracks.

Eric, you don't get enough credit as a guitar player mate. That tone is really cool and smooth sounding with plenty bite to it in the right places. Is it the brown sound ?, Goport gets that by plugging the cable into his asshole.

Bumping this little gem so everyone old and knew can see you're more than just the guy in charge ;). You have some really good timing to your playing too. Sounds like basics I guess but without the basics you can learn all the tech you want and it'll never sound good haha.

Didn't see this before now, really cool. My kind of X-Mas, dark and lonely.
