thanks guys. i used my gibson les paul and my v-amp2. i use the v-amp2 as a vocal preamp too. i recently bought a dbx pro vocal preamp but i havent had time to mess with it yet. it needs a lot of tweaking as the presets kind of suck and its really hard to sing, listen and tweak at the same time. actually the v-amp was really easy to tweak with the editing software so i don't know if the dbx unit is going to stay yet.
