View Full Version : Mozilla Browser
I have a quick question about Mozilla and this website.
Maybe someone knows what is going on.
Anyway, I run IE and Mozilla.
When I run IE here, I get all the cool graphics and everything looks fine.
But when I run Mozilla 1.5.0.9 here - all the user names and user titles no longer have those cool looking Glow colors - they are all blacked out.
Am I missing a plugin or something?

Yeah, I think that's IE specific only.
Yeah, I think that's IE specific only.
So in other words, Mozilla doesn't do the username and usertitle graphics?

Actually, I think it's just the glow effect that it won't render.

Speaking of Mozilla Firefox, I´ve just installed it a couple days ago, as I just wasn´t able to fix out some probs with macromedia-adobe flash player I have had ever since a few weeks back on IE, install-uninstalling it forever. I went and grabbed this browser and voilà! I can watch youtube vids again and listen to music over here without having to download the songs, just like it was before. I´m still getting used to it, but it seems to be pretty stable and nice-working.

Mozzila is fine - it surfs pretty quick.
I've never had any problems with Flash on IE. But Quicktime? Hell, that program HATES Win98se. .

I love Firefox. If your like me (avoiding MS updates), then this is a much safer option. Heck, IE 7 just put out patches for security. At least with Mozilla, you have the open source community working to keep things secure.
For me it came down to, "do I trust 25 geniuses at Microsoft, or about 2000 from the open source community?"
