caution this video contains disturbing images of yours truely playing guitar. this is my first attempt at doing a video and youtube. did this this morning using my jackson guitar and my new line6 toneport. its just me jamming over a blues backer but you get to see just how handsom i really am :lol: and see me play that schenker vibrato along with way too much senseless shredding. when i hit the high notes i look like a dog shitting fishhooks. lol .

Awesome command of the fretboard, jeeze, there were some great chops in there! Sure had a happy vibe on it, :). Loved those rhythem jumps up and down, :toothless:, (J/K), I really enjoyed watching it!

thanks guys. good thing its blurry so you can't see i need a shave and have bed-hair too.lol. a couple things. i always play standing never sitting, i'm not quite 70 like wahwah said but i'm turning 50 this summer and i don't know if you can tell but i can't use my little finger on my left hand. i lost the use a couple years ago and the disease (dupuytrens contracture) has spread into the other fingers and i will start having surgerys on them in a couple years so i have to play while i still can. feel sorry for me yet? lol. don't. i am starting my 35 year playing in the bars

Back in the day when I played thru a Marshall stack, it was no prob. That controlled feedback was a staple in '70's rock!!!! And that's the one thing I can't get using a POD!!!! Please share your secret!!!!

My son and I were out looking at guitars a couple days ago - and we ran into a Jackson that looks just like your guitar. The one with the Randy Rhoads Shark Inlays on the neck. Sweet axe man - I gotta get me one.

the sustain? ...my jackson guitar has a fernandez sustainer pickup installed in it. there are a lot of guitarists who use them for recording like vai, zack wylde, neil schon just to name a few. this is the guitar i use when i play out and the sustainer is awsome. it only will do one note at a time but it will sustain forever. the "g" string on my jackson for some reason always goes to the octive feedback so when i want the octive i always make sure i'm using the g string.

exactly. the smile is genuine because i love playing guitar more than anything so you know how much these comments mean to me.

i would be dissapointed if those guys didn't give me a hard time. they know that i will be waiting and returning the comments. lol. yea i put myself out there but i thought somebody might like to put a face with the name like chris said. i hope some of you guys put up something like this so we can see you too. its all for fun and the love of guitars

I must admit i love that sustainer too, no1 seems to sell them in the uk which is a shame (not that i've found so far anyhow), but i'll definately be keeping my eyes open for one of them :)
