These are a collection of synths that can be triggered using your guitar/mic/audio file and they work pretty well. I had my doubts at first but these things are pretty cool. There is a bass synth that is just awesome. They are free at:http://www.frettedsynth.com/
They are not really VST instruments but rather effects. Just insert them in an effect slot and be sure to monitor thru the effect, rather that direct monitor.
