A nice bit of playing there, I thought the tone was spot on for the feel of the track. Very relaxing to listen to. :)

Very nice. Tone was luscious and the playing and phrasing was superb. The backer sounded great and the mix was awesome.

I enjoyed this one a lot...:thumb:

Super-tastey playing and tone m'brutha. Smooth as glass but some terrifying licks in there too! Is that the Artist? What were you playing thru? Great stuff Sergio, keep 'em coming!

Your far too young to have such tasty jazz/blues licks like that!!!! Fantastic tunage Sergio my friend!! Just WAY too short!!! I would love to hear an extended version for sure!!! Loved the tone, very smooth, and a perfect fit for the flow of the track. Excellently done bro!!!!!:woot: :yourock:

Thanks for checking it guys. It's my Les Paul with the neck pickup tone control off and the volume at about 3 or 4 with selector in the middle position. Standard Les Paul tricks. But I think I remember this as on the PodXT. But then again, I was on pain pills and really don't remember.

Excellent work mate, loved the tone and feel of the track, really laid back (the pain killers must of been working lol), very relaxing, some great playing too, we don't get to hear you on guitar half enough mate.

Wonder if that tone setting will work on my SG? Awesome sound, that I just don't seem to be able to get. Great playing too!!

I actually did....and lived to tell of it. :) You don't want to know the details.

Thanks again guys. I appreciate the listens and comments.

Steve: You should be able to get that tone. The only thing is ceramic pickups imo don't clean up that well. The guitar used is a 77 Les Paul, so they are Alnico pickups...they imo clean up really well when you roll the vol's down. Let me know if I can help with settings etc.

Gawd dammit, I suck! Er...I mean...you're awesome, dude! Any way you look it it, nice track for sure. Do you mind if i call you Sergio Santana? Contrary to what most people hear in response to their talents...you should quit your day job!!! :) I actually think it is good that it is short and sweet...always leave them (us) wanting more!

Oh yeah!!! Beautiful tone, full of sweet tender nuances. Did you back off a bit with tone knob, because I can here that warm tactile grain in there. Was that the neck pickup? Tell me more about the pickup! I just put a neck pup (super 70) into my strat, now I want to get something going like you have here! I'm on my fifth or sixth listen and I'm just savoring every phrase.:woot: The only player that approached this gorgeous style was Zeppy (what ever happened to her?).
Note: Pain and meds can produce some lovely work!

Thanks guys. Phil. You are one tone god..but even moreso a playing genuis!
If it helps, this is a pic of the way I have my neck pickup configured.
I like them low and flush with the pickup rings and adjust the bass pole pieces way low.

I've always dismissed the middle switch, but with that tone and volume setting, I think you really hit something special. Thanks for the picture of the Les Paul, the tone of humbuckers with the pickup covers is smooths and beautiful, plus full of nuances.
