hey, it's me again. can someone please inform me as to how long the v-amp would take to ship from musicians friend? planning on ordering it tomorrow, before 5, for the same day shipping... do they follow through on this? thanx.

Well when I ordered mine with regular shipping I got it like 2 days later, far as I know they are good with shipping, but then again the V-Amp is the only product I have ever bought from them :dunno:

What kind of settings are you looking for clean or distortion? I have a nice clean one and a pretty good Marshall sounding one, lmk and I will put em up :thumb:

marshall along the lines of VH 1 (like I'm the one and Eruption) would be great; that plexi sound, ya know? thanx jim.

setting up the midi tomorrow; tinkering with the settings should be much easier using the program.

i have a Boss Br600 digital recorder . it does not have midi in. what is easiest way of hooking up the v-amp2 to the BR600 for recording the v-amp2 sounds.
would i go from R-output on v-amp2 into guitar input on Br600 and record guitar on a <rec dry > setting.
I am confused on how to record the v-amp2 sounds easily
------
this is a reply i got from another board , does this sound right to you
You want to go from one of the outputs (whichever is recommended for mono output... usually the left, but not always) into the Line-In on the BR600.

That reply sounds about right to me. I just ran the stereo outs of my old Bass V-Amp Pro to the mixing desk for recording.

I think musicians friend is pretty good on all orders... I ordered a hard case for my new axe and it says it will arrive 2 days later (tmorrow)
