I haven't but those things are setup just like my Jackson JSX except mine has only 22 frets, & dots instead of sharkfins and H/S/S config. If it plays anything like mine, I'd love it. Everyone that plays mine falls in love with it and I just recently installed Seymour Duncan pups in her and she sounds great. That Dinky is a beautiful axe for sure. One place you could go to find out for sure about it would be the Jackson/Charvel forum. Those guys are experts and know everything about any model. http://www.jcfonline.com/forums/ I'm a member there.

Thanks for the help Riff. Will go check the forum out for info. :thumb: ... this guitar just looks really cool to me. The WHite body with black hardware and the maple board with black binding and sharktooth inlays etc etc... looks really cool. Its metal... but almost in a vintage looking kind of way... or something .lol. Looks great.

No prob, its a very good forum and exrememely informative. I'd love to have a white axe with sharkfins. My black one was a pawn shop rescue several years ago and the black just looked like a "metalhead" guitar to me. I've loved almost all the Jacksons I've ever played, the ones I didn't had thicker necks.
Thanks for the gift!:thumb:

i have never cared much for Black guitars. Unless they have a white pickgaurd/scratchplate on em. Im not a big "MetalHead" so i always feel they look like something a 16 year old would play lol. They look cool and all, but white looks angelic to me. This model seems to strike the perfect balance, Although having said that a nice white/black/white 3-ply pickgaurd/scratchplate wouldnt go amiss on this one either lol. I love detail  ... but yeah. Cool stuff. Thanks again. Hope you enjoy your treasure  :thumb:

I have a DXMG with Evos fitted , virtually the same axe but my headstock is reversed . Plays faster than an a Ibanez rg in my humble opinion .

Hello dudes, i am new here and this is my first post, well i got this guitar, but it is still being shipped to me coz i am from Egypt not USA, but i think this is a gr8 piece coz there are a lot of features that make it so fine,
first the maple fret board, i played on many guitars wz rose wood fret board well i didnt like the rose wood coz my fingers got stucked in it, it isnt smooth at all, i think the maple is better smoother and brighter in tone,
2nd the pick ups Sh4 and SHn2 those are gr8 and have full crunch tone, i tried the EMG's 81 85 they are fine and high output pickups but not as crunchy as seymour duncans, well i hope i ll like this guitar when it comes to me,
i ll tell u my opinion when i play on it .
any wayz take carez all
Urs ALL Charle.
