That's because it's only supposed to house the file(s) for no longer than 7 days but that part isn't working so I have to manually remove them. It eats a ton of server space, this morning I removed over 22 gigs of older files because I have been getting drive space warnings. We really need to reserve that for the normal MP3 sharing.

I understand where you're coming from mate, but you've just wiped out about 20 odd albums that I've uploaded for people over the last 4 days (6 of which were upped yesterday). Maybe an anouncement telling people of an upload limit would be a good idea

I apologize about that, I must have removed the wrong dates, it wasn't my intention. I will probably end up removing that section of the site entirely very soon and when I do I will announce it.

you must have your reasons but besides it being secure, there has been alot of participation in that section of the forum, and nearly everyone has benefited from something applied to that section, after all we are a community helping one another,

Pod God pointed this out to me also. I will only close the freeshare section of the site but the forum will remain so everyone can still share files, they will just have to be hosted elsewhere. Hope that clears it up, sorry for the confusion.
