Heh...I didn't even consider that possibility. I just though she looked a little too drugged out for my taste.

Yes, the woman is Nuno dressed as a woman for the cover.

I felt physically sick when KCAR told me, cuz I probably would have. But then again, I've always kind of fancied his long black hair.

Seriously though, I always hated him for having that straight long black hair cuz I could never grow mine like that. But I reckon he is an afro naturally and just has a damn find pair of GHD hair straighteners !

HAHAHA, eww. Nasty bastard .

Nice win over smoggies btw, poor smoggies, another crap season in the reckoning. Meanwhile, the toon army destroyed Bolton 3-1 away from home and currently sit top of the league :)

Yeah, I believe we only had two shots on target, and scored. Bad to see McCarthy stretchured off in such fashion. But great to see Roque on target and that goal from Derbyshire just oozed confidence.

Yes, it was a great opening day of the season, especially for you guys. Seems Big Sam has you playing like a unit, although some of your goals were a little fortunate. But it was nice to see you playing good football and getting results at long last. God knows, you fans have been starved of it for so long.

I wish you well. If anyone can get the best out of players, big Sam can. It was a good game, despite me not liking seeing Bolton lose (even though they are supposedly one of our rivals).

Derbyshire is very impressive, always has been. Why he never seems to start games I will never know.

Big Sam seems to be the man for the job at last. Tactically sound and is able to lift payers and get the best from them. He has also made some great signings thus far. Smith, Viduka, Barton, Rozenhal, Cacapa, Enrique, Geremi etc. These guys would walk into alot of teams starting lineups. And Owen making his return tonight for reserves, should feature for first team in a couple of games time... only to no doubt get injured again.

Come to think of it... Owen has done nothing of worth for anyone since he left Liverpool. And even at Liverpool he got injured alot. It's a shame, such a great player having his career ravaged by injury.

I can only assume that Hughes is breaking him in. He is still young remember. Whatever the reason, I have to trust Hughes' judgement, though I too was baffled as to why he did not start more regularly last season.

Yep, Sam has signed players that you just know he will get the best out of. There is no such thing as a player who is too old or past it as far as Big Sam is concerned, so I don't think he is capable of a bad signing.

He uses a similar tool as Hughes does to devise a unique plan for each player and get them super fit. And that has to be good for Owen at the moment (and Newcastle, and England). I think you are going to be a force to be reckoned with. Like Bolton have been for the past few years. Hard to beat, and capable of turning it on when needed.

Just don't turn into a bunch of dirty spitting diving bastards like Bolton used to do when they played against us !

HAHA, Bolton have been like that for a while now for sure. Maybe that is Big Sams imfluence ?... it is disgusting football at times. But it gets results sadly... or perhaps now not so sadly as far as the Toon Army is concerned ?.

Bolton pay like that against everyone though, but will Little Sam accept it ?. Diouf might be shown the door, he's the worst for it. Filthy prick that he is. Just hope he doesn't end up at Toon.
