Yeah, I hope it wasn't that guy's first try at Karaoke! Can you imagine if it were his first time, and his frends had to coax him up there, and then someone not only boos him, but attacks him! That one would be hard to not take personally!!! :D

Don't you DARE blame the Jagermeister, lol. That's nectar of the Gods. I actually had a Karaoke band at one point (The Fabulous Giovanni Brothers), and we were fueled by Jagermeister. Then again, we were told on at least one occasion by the Karaoke host that we were the first people he'd ever seen being booed at Karaoke so....um.....there's that.

I wandered into a karaoke bar once, I was out of town, and it was the only place close, it was in the hotel I was staying at. But there was a gal singing, and I offered the DJ 20 bucks to tell her she was not allowed to sing again while I was there.

That was a better approach than a shot glass, and headbutt. But it didn't work.

I went to the bathroom, and suddenly heard the strains of "Amazing Grace" wafting through the walls.

Something is just fundamentally wrong with singing "Amazing Grace" in a bar.
