Fatal Obsession is a 80's style melodic/heavy rock collaborative project with Mirko Hirsch(snowtrooper) and myself. For those of you that love 80's heavy rock and melodic metal, This is for you! Mirko is one talented guy. He did all the drums, bass, keyboards, lyrics and all vocal duties, while I did all the guitar work. The rhythms have a Zakk vibe and the solo's are Ace Frehley inspired. Mirko is also responsible for the fantastic mix/master job. I used my Zakk LP and V-Amp Pro. I laid down 4 rhythm tracks and 4 lead tracks. Thanks for letting us take you back to a decade that produced some of the best tunes! Crank this as loud as possible!!

Well that was awesome guys, the production is flawless as are all the elements of the song, vocals, guitaring, backing all top notch and a pleasure to listen to, it really was, not to mention it fitting the era like a glove too :)

Without doubt the best complete sounding original tune ive heard in ages . Everything about this track just says YES , i cannot pick a single fault with it .

We are playing this track all the time , great vibes , its a real heavy sonic orgy of everything thats good about rock . and how i wish i could sing like you guys .

Clearly in many ways you guys are in a different league to the rest of us , i just hope one day i can write something as good as this :)

Love it! Like the heavy but commercial edge to it. Reminds me of bands like XYZ and Baton Rouge...great mix as well. The guy has a voice that sounds a bit like Roger Taylor from Queen (a stonking bloody singer if you listen to tracks like 'I'm In Love With My Car')

Production was great here overall but the vox could've sounded a bit better maybe,although sayin' that there wasn't really anythin' wrong with them i'm just nit pickin'.:)
