Any Falcons fans here? Really feel sorry (at least for the short term) for them though I’m not an Atlanta fan by any stretch, I just hate it when stuff like this happens to a team and a city all because of an idiot; now on top of the dog fighting/animal murder charges, this:
“The disgraced Atlanta Falcons quarterback tested positive for marijuana earlier this month, a violation of the conditions of his release as he awaits sentencing in federal court on a dogfighting charge that already jeopardizes his freedom and career.”
Not sure how it works but I sure hope Atlanta’s not stuck with his contract and can wipe it off the books and rebuild with that cap space next year. I would think activities like those would void any contract.

Cruelty to animals is sick and I hope he gets alot of prison time. His latest drug test failure just proves what a complete idiot this guy is. I have no sympathy for him at all. Sucks for Atlanta though.

Interesting that the test results come now. Are the Falcons digging for violations on the contract? I would think the dog fighting case would be enough. Who knows... hopefully they get out of it and rebuild.

I hope he gets a full count on every charge with the dog fighting, it's horrific. As a putbul owner, our dog is super mellow and tolerant and a little dumb/goofy which is part of his charm. He was raised in a nice loving enviroment and has zero agressive tendencies.
I don't kid myself either, if he is put in the right situation it's in their nature to be agressive, as responsible owners it's up to us to make sure he is never put into that situation. However, he's very loving and gets his feelings hurt easy too when you yell at him, they are very sensitive animals. That being said, I don't think I've ever had a cooler pet and to think about what Vick and his crew did to those dogs makes me want to wrap the fuckers in meat and feed them to a pack of wolves.

Who? He's forgotten already.
I don't have any sympathy for someone who has participated in that kind of behaviour.
I used to have respect for Vick as a Quarterback. But seeing how sick he is,i lost all respect for him as a player and a person..I dont feel sorry for him at all..He deserves everything he gets from this..I was like man what are the Falcons gonna do with out him,but they are pulling together like a team should. There actually looking pretty good so far..Plus they have Leftwich now. So,i thnk they have already forgot about Vick and there moving on.I wish them luck this year..
