Congrats people but I just wonder the standard of the decision making,if Goport made decision there must be only one winner but if Erict made it all of three covers must share the winners.This is not a combat ,I dont even get close to win any month but just tell wat i've noticed!This was just encourage gift & no money indication at all so let use the same standard!!

haha :D the winning tune was soooo big it was too big to host normally. Eric kindly bypassed the size limit to allow it to remain on the server. therefore, the winning tune managed to get heard. I think it is a stunning achievement and a truly worthy competition winner.

Know what you mean Tony, I would have not taken a "badge" for the vid jam either. In the unlikely event that I ever win one I would want it to be for something I had put a lot of work into.

Yep,I 100% agree a very well deserved this month,but all I wanna say is whom making the decision must be more careful & fair to use the same standard.Not some month has one winner but some months 3 winners like it happended.And others things are wat u called vote & nom??It totally different here since the ***** stars called vote but u dont use it for making the decision to win u use the numbers of green botton push!!which called nom!!Am I right?I think its good to let people know how many votes the winner got but it will be confused with the stars votes,so I think u better call it number of nom!I just wanna share my constructive idea not destructive idea at all ,hope u understand!

JFK the stars have no influence on the competition. The video jam was included because members nominated it. I don't know what you are implying about whether Eric or I had the final say - and I am not sure I like your implication there.

You seem a bit confused on how this works. There was a nomination button at the bottom of the first post in each thread in Covers and Originals. All we do is count the nominations at the end of the month. Does't matter if Porty did it or Eric... they'd get the same result. Can't get more democratic than that. The star rating is completely seperate and has no bearing on the contest.

I find it totally unacceptable for you to imply there is cheating going on here. All staff are very careful to check on who is voting. Now - if you care to explain how your IP address seems to be shared by at least one other member, I would indeed be very interested to hear your explanation - especially as I have had 5 private messages asking me to intervene on votes from adsl.totbb.net. I haven't because I have GIVEN you and a number of other user names the benefit of the doubt. I have believed that it is more than one person that seems to share the SAME ip address. So you can imagine, after all the trust I have given out to you and your online friends, just how insulting it is to have you question guitar blast staff. And while we are on the subject - I noticed that you have voted me down on my profile ... thats just being petty.

Anyway .. as a result of your accusations the competition is now ORIGINALS ONLY. users can vote openly via a poll and anyone that is capable of creating an original track can enter. I trust we will see an entry from you as you have taken such a personal interest in this competition and I hope we can count on your support.
