I have never posted one of my songs before (because they are not finished yet) but this one I just liked and thought I might share it.

It was written for my wife, just because.

It's all one take stuff, just feeling creative last night I guess. Mixed the best I know how right now, I'm still learning.

Thanks for listening.

Good tune man i hope the Mrs appreciates it! As said,a bit of bass for def and even a bit of synth would make this come to life more. If i had a wife i'd write her a tune too but it would prob be death metal!:D

Cool tune Satchmo, liked the melodies and the rhythm guitar was cool. As said, Bass would be a good additon. did have a Satriani vibe, not sure if that was intended. V.Good. Hope the Wife's pleased with it, you're not after a new guitar are you, I tried that trick, did'nt work for me though!....wife did'nt buy it.:dunno:

Thanks guys, I'll put some bass on it this weekend. I am still learning how to take the bass straight in and get it to sound good and I just got a bass a couple of weeks ago so I am still learning to set a groove and not overrun the song.

Lately, I have been listening to a lot of Satch, DC Slater and Ty Oliver, who all share that same vibe. It wasnt intentional. That is just how my musical mind is programmed I guess.

You all do not know how excited I am to be writing and recording, I have never been creative with anything else in my life but as soon as I hear a progression lately, a melody is already popping into my head.

You guys are the first ones outside a few online buddies to hear anything I've done. My playing has improved drastically and I am finally able to put some of the melodies and solos I hear in my head to the fretboard.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK guys, added some bass. Hope it's not too much, I'm not a bass player per se.

The bass fitted well dude, nice little tune. I need to get back into doing my own stuff too. Good work. And nice to see over from G101 as well.
