HI all!
Just remixed another track for our e.p. for radio play,(local not national!!)
We are going to include it with Lose your mind, with a cover sunshine of your love and another one of ours she`s on the road again. The original was far too long so I`ve trimmed it a bit!:wtf: Just wanted to know what you think of it as we really really value you opinion here!

Sounds good mate plus some nice guitaring and a tasty lead passage there ... but a 'tiny' criticism if I may ... and please take it as meant, i.e. positively, but I find the vocal melody a tad repetitive.
To me, a song with such an 'open' sound and simple arrangement can benefit immensely and be lifted by a more memorable vocal performance. Too much danger of becoming a 'dirge' if there's not enough variety to make the ears sit up and take note.
Some nice tradeoffs between two voices works too (cos I know b oth you and the bass player sing) - sorta like J-B-J and Ritchi Samboro do on some quieter, epic songs.
As ever though, it's just MY two-penneth and what I'D do with it. If you and the guys are happy with it, then who am I to say different?

Loved it!! Good strong song that sounds powerful and well thought out. One of the better songs I have ever heard here. Definitely a 5 star composition and performance.
Captains comments sort of go for me too but I think the song needs more in the way of production. I hate to use the B word but this is a ballad type number and therefore I think you could really have fun with this.
If I were mixing/producing this I think I would axe the outro for a start and replace it with another chorus to fade. I would also try leaving the vocals dry for the verse parts to make the voice more intimate. I would add more harmonies to the Chorus too, maybe not on the first one but say a couple more voices on the second and a couple more on the 3rd etc. And I would make the harmonies 3rds 5ths and octaves to give it a massive feel.
But these are merely suggestions and the song and I am certainly no expert :) But radio is an unforgiving medium at times and it is always worth tailoring the tune for the medium. To my ears you have written the tune for a live environment and it will work very well in that medium.
Anyway - it is a great song and I love it and I have saved it. 5 stars - no question!
