Hi everyone, here's a little acoustic track i've been meaning to cover for a while now, its from Joe Satriani's "Extremist" album and its called "Tears In The Rain".
Its basically just me on the acoustic, trying to find abit of enjoyment on guitar, which im lacking alot atm, anyhow, hope you enjoy it and thanks for taking a look.

Excellent! Nice airy tone and well played.

Yeah, sometimes all you need is a bit of a break from the guitar. Personally, I get too many breaks and start forgetting stuff, which discourages me from playing. So, it's a double edged sword I guess, lol.

Thanks mate, your right on both counts too, the problem is i've hardly touched any music for near two months, and this last couple of weeks i've started again, i've already forgotten alot of songs i play, and only enjoying it from time to time.
I've just ordered a midi keyboard controller though (so i can play my hammond instead of program it, among other things), so i might put the guitar down and try keyboards for a while, instead of playing both.
Anyway, thanks again mate :)

Lovely stuff Jamie! Yeah, ruts are there, they come and go, sometimes even for decades, but fortunately guitars (or whatever musical instrument) are like animals, they never say any bullshit like us people do, and you can deff count on them anytime of "their" life. They always patiently wait for you to grab them back when you are up for it. 5īvers your way man!

Yep love Joe Satch .
Amazing Instrumental writing talent that guy has for being so creative to have such a long lasting career in music without having other singers ect. to help him out for alblem sales he seems to do pretty well all on his own.
Great job Avalon !!:yourock:
