Not alot to say really, backing, guitars, harmonica and vocals all by me, just a song i wanted to do for some fun really, hope you enjoy it too and thanks for taking a look :thumb:

Thanks Kai, Thanks Steve :) , and im still doing abit of singing, the sound doesn't travel as bad as i first thought it might, so i don't think i'll annoy the neighboughs to much, which is good, although this was recorded before i moved

Now that was super cool! You have loads of talent and I am glad you posted this. I never knew Satriani sung? (I am not a big fan of his). I know though he is a super talent and have heard enough cuts even through this site that I wonder why I never got into him. Anyway Jamie...5 star job!!
Enjoyed it!! :thumb: :thumb:

lol, well im not actually abusing it (thats my story and im sticking to it lmao), but im going to rebuild my Av-1 today, so the Ibanez will probably be getting abit more peace and quiet (Satch tunes aside anyhow) :)

i was glad when this album came out as he went back to his earlier style of playing. after the extremist he kind of lost me untill this album. very cool song and you played it beautifully. loved the panning and dual rhythm guitars. vox and harp well done too.

Wow Jamie, you sure have that Satch vibe down pat .. don't ya?
You even sound quite like him vocally. How did you get the valve tone in the vox? external preamp? or is the effect in your recording software?
Never heard the original ... most of Joe's recorded stuff passed me by, except Flying in A Blue Dream .... but I can tell you've really done a good job on this.
5 mate for definite

I didn't actually save the patch tbh mate, but it was basically my vocal setting on the Pod XT changed to a proper amp and cabinet (Line 6 Tread Plate i think it was, instead of pre-amp mode), i can soon find the setting again and post the patch up if you're interested (if u can make use a Pod patch anyhow) :)
