This is for Mark (Macman) to see what my new USB Controller sounds like with the VST plugins I got. But if anyone else wants to collab then by all means ask.

These are two little 30 second "mellow"dees I came up with. All I used was below.

Fruity Loops 7.0
USB Midi Controller - M-Audio Oxygen 61
VST Plugins - Mr Ray 73 (Fender Rhodes), MasterH3 (Hammond)
EZ Drummer - Vintage

oh I´m loving the first one! Any chances of leaving a slight delay to the keys as to the drums? I´m messing with it right now on the guitar.

Hi - Glad you like it. When you mean delay, you mean adding some reverb on the keys, or an actual rpeating delay like on a guitar delay pedal. Or do you mean the timing is generally a little too fast on the keys?

No man, delay means delay. Let me straight it out. Imagine you have the drum track on a single wav. Then the keys on another single wav. Then both imported to whatever DAW. It´s now where I´m thinking you could slide to the right just a few milliseconds the keys.

Yeah I've corrected this on the next take. That's what I meant by general timing was too fast on the keys. Here it is...

Made it longer... There's a spot for a solo, when the ride cymbal comes in.

I've seen that referred to as 'latency' instead of delay, since delay is often a desired effect. :toothless:

Hope that second edition was better. I can give you it as separate MP3s for each track if you like...or whack a bass on. 'Sup to you.

Sol, you know ... any time I can help out, my man. I'm not a very good keyboard player, but if I can get the basics down I can normally tidy up the fiddly stuff afterwards. These Hammond and Rhodes VSTs really rock..they are so authentic.

That's Frickin ACE, Uke! I love the bassy guitar in the background walking up the scale, and the tone of the lead has a nice (clean) growl.

OK, I'm-a gonna give you your 3 min version. Stay tooned!

Been messing a bit with it this morning. Boy I love it! :toothless: Happy groove as hell man. No big stuff on my side, just pretending I was at Stax studios in the sixties, LMAO! Thanks yet again for the fun! Awesome track boy, really fun to jam with.

No Thank YOU Uke...you really brought a sixties feel to it. Excellent nostalgic playing (well if I was old enough it would be nostalgic! LOL) And besides I had the opportunity to learn about this new keyboard.

Muchas gracias!
