Quake Wars...

I love shooters.... I'm more of a Rogue Spear and Black Hawk Down type. I don't own Quake Wars but am soon to upgrade my desktop PC for something that can run Rainbow 6 and Battlefield 2042....so I'll take a look, I used to play Quake 3 back in the day. I preferred the stealth and realism of the military shooters where you get hit once and you're out until the end of the game rather than the running around like crayzees and respwaning with unlimited lives. But I can see the fun in that too...I was just never fast enough.

It's been a long time so you certainly would be fragging me. What other games do you have? Maybe there's some other stuff we can play too?

Don't have the game, don't even know if my P.C. is up to spec. Was always crap at these games too. However, it would be fun to be a camper and kill you with a headshot or two !

Just reminded me of when I was staying with my Brother, came home from work to find him playing Quake with his boy. Went to my room, switched on my (networked) PC and logged into the game as "your Mother", then lurked around the action. When he killed me he got the message "You have just killed your Mother". :lol: Well, it was funny at the time :D

I also play quite regulary the old (and free) http://www.planetwolfenstein.com/enemyterritory/ (the game play is fantastic...the graphics are a bit dated now). Excellent fun though.

I used to have a go at Counter Strike, but I got wacked way too often.
