I have seen Crysis in DX10 and it's nice, but not worth going to Vista for the slight visual increases. But it is the future...and not many cards do DX10.1 yet...but soon...it's going to change the way code is written and provide even better eye candy!! :rock:

Im pretty much a spectator in the DX10 world atm, my comp will only just keep up with DX9 lol, but seeing the gamings being turned out atm, its hard to not want a new comp, Crysis looks excellent, and alot of the other new games coming out, im sure i'll catch up sooner or later :)

Respawning at the chopper base. Gonna grab me the .50 cal, jump in a copter. Chute out at the hills. Yeah! 1, 2, 3, 4 shots in the head. Wait a sec! Someone´s on my back trying to knife me! After jumping up and banging the keyboard´s space a zillion times, while pressing 5 for my knife, that´s it. Both of us jumping like idiots trying to kill each other, LOL! I love BF42 DC, haha! GREAT stress killer.

LOL!! Yep, that pretty much sums up most of the 1st person shooters!! LOL!!!
But it is a rush and there is strategy behind it. I like gaming in that it is a good escape from making music on the PC. In balance, both become more fun.

Call of Duty 4 made me call in "sick" so I had to stay home for 3 days and game. Incredibly dangerous game for people who have other commitments than sitting infront of the computer shooting up pixels. :lol:

LOL Pete..I know you would never do that. I just had a go at CS..and I sucked bad...I died 12 times and killed 2 people....not so much fun for a 1/2 hour.

hehehe. That is exactly the same reason why I uninstalled it. COD was fun too, especially single playing. Multiplayer not so much, kinda like CS. Small maps, no fun with messing around on vehicles and stuff. Around 2003, I joined a BF 42 clan named TAW. Boy I laughed as hell doing the bootcamp with this irish guy showing me all the tricks while using Teamspeak. ´NCMug break! Yes, what´s up? How the hell do you throw a nade into that building? Ok, press 4, hit the space bar right at so and so place,....´
