Thanks Chris :thumb: Ya know, I just listened to yours and within about 5 bars thought "Well, thats my chance of winning shot and Per ain't posted yet" Then I went back to mine and thought "Hey, this don't sound so bad, and I am comparing myself to Chris "WahWah" Watson here .....". Maybe I am getting better :D
Anyhow, just love what you did with it, all that practice for the open blues night paid off I guess! Good luck in the comp' mate :woot:

Mate, backslapping each other and all that but I thought yours had much more authentic blues fixin's in it! I just tried to make mine swing a bit...I seem to remember Jeff Beck doing similar with a blues song. I also thought your tone was superb. I grabbed a patch offa the POD and went for it. The SM pups are very hot so had to back off the volume or woulda sounded like Lemmy and co doing the track! All the best to you too mate. Whatever, the backer was great fun to play to. :thumb:

Another great take on the track, interesting to hear both the differences and similarities in the way we all tackled it. Smoking blues playing there mate, but I expected no less, going to be a very interesting one this month I think. C'mon guys, everybody likes to blast out a bit of the blues, lets have a few more :woot:

Hey Tony, good to hear you! I was actually thinking of doing that same hideaway lick that ya did at the very beginning, hehe.
Very cool playing. Sorta rockabilly like.

I must confess it´s not that easy to do an 8:15 AM soberish comment over bluesy stuff  but lets go:
Steve: Trademark tone and licks, fit awesome in there but cheer up man!
Chris: Awesome chops, real hot in the mix for my taste, but you sure poured happiness in there.
Per: Clean mix with your trademark tone, missed a bit of silences here and there, but cool!
Tony: You need some laxant pills, wtf.

GREAT kinda rockabilly tone there Uke...really worked with this song. Exemplary playing also. :thumb:

Loved the crowd intro there Johnny! Again a great tone. 3 blues covers of the same song and all the tones work fantastic. Great playing also.

Good work guys.
