Gnarls Berkley did the original but i heard a wee clip of someone doing it acoustically and i thought what a good idea. Anyway popped in and popped out of the studio to do this . Mistakes and everything:tard:

I really like this tune, this is a beautiful rendition mate. Using your voice in a fashion I haven't heard from you before. Sounds haunting, elegant and poigniant. Not 3 words people usually associate with you :lol:. Anyway this is really lovely mate, I would say it could be even better with refinements. But it's so "real" sounding that I think it might detract from it's character if you made it too clinical.

5 stars from me for sure. Loved it.

I love the guitar tone on this and the way Geordie is playing it , also the effects on the voice are sublime . This tune works a treat in this format , the words have more expression and hit home a lot better . I sincerely believe this format would do very well if released to the masses . If anybody deserves something from this music lark , then surly Geordie must get it , as this tune clearly shows he has all the potential to go right to the top .

Well this is an unexpected treat. Goes to show that the best test of a song is seeing if it holds up unplugged and this is a definite winner. With a little polish, this could be a crossover hit! WTG, Geordie!! Brilliant performance and song choice.

Great work mate, an excellent performence as always on vocals, you probably get sick of ppl saying that lol, but its great to hear you get the guitar out too, it adds something very personal to the performence and you made the song your own too, and its hard not to second nearly every word posted above too (the complimentary ones atleast :lol: ).

Well i must admit i think this kinda heartfelt song suited your vocals beautifully , i think when you play acoustic on a song it always does add so much more on a personal level , for the listener and the person playing :)
