You are correct, well sort of. They are made in a separate factory than ESP's but are only available in Japan. Which model do you have I've been keeping my eyes open for one of these for some time now.

The SG has such a sharp and cutting tone. Can't go wrong with one. The older classics are amazing, but I am too poor to afford one. The Les Paul I have weighs in at 13+ pounds. Try that for an evening. But there is a sacrifice you make for tone...with me...the day is coming where I want a lighter guitar with humbuckers....so the SG and all derivatives are my main target these days.

It's a beauty of a guitar though!! :rock: :rock:
