Since Easter is nigh, thought I'd repost this Marillion cover. Thought this was one of solitude's finer performances, on a beautiful song.

Great work guys, not one i remember, or know, but its a lovely song for sure and you both did great on it, the bass stands out alot to me Joe, really lovely job on the backer and that especially, and an equally lovely performence on the vocals Sol, 5 star cover for sure :thumb:

Don't recognise this so guess it is post Fish? Nice song, the backer and production show me just how much I still have to learn, and with Sol on the vox you just cannot go wrong! 5 stars even if I would have preferred something earlier :lol:

Good call. This was from Season's End, which is the first with Steve Hogarth. Overall it's a good record ... I have another track I'd like to do from this album ... but I prefer their music when Fish was with them. Some of his solo stuff is pretty decent. Thanks for the reply!

I don't remember this track but it is excellent , Joe you did lovely work with the bt and mixing , not to mention the excellent bass playing and lovely guitar solo , ofcourse with Sol joining in with the vocals it really rounded this song of , you both did really excellent work , 5 stars fellas :)

Yes, indeed, one of Solitude best moments. Incredible job guys. Always a pleasure to listen to this great recordings you achieved.

I am listening to a ton of Marillion at the moment and really digging Rothery's style of playing. I loved this the first time around but to be honest at that time had not heard the original that much. Now after becoming more familiar with the song all I can say this is WONDERFUL...

Solitude is one gifted vocalist....the Guitars and backer were superb nice work Joe.....
