Hi everyone, here's another song off Queens "A Night At The Opera" album called "'39", its always been a favourite of mine, i find it quite a moving song with the story it tells.
All instruments, vocals and harmonys are by me, tried a slightly different style on the acoustic patches which i quite like the sound of, my voice is still pretty fecked from the flu too, so i'm not at my best there, but still pleased with it nevertheless.
Finally, its been quite an indifferent year for many friends and family so far, some good, some bad, but you all know who you are, and this is for you guys :thumb:

i truly admire your complete lack of fear to take on anything out there..seems the more complex, heavy work load..the more you enjoy it!

Oh yeah. I was very heavily into SciFi when this came out and played this track to death  Fantastic work as ever mate, how you did them harmonies is totally beyond me  Nice to hear some early Queen for a change too. 5 stars for a 10 star job!!

Nice job!!!
I had this 45 record when I was about 12 yrs old it was the back side of "your my best friend" I believe.
I have'nt heard this song since back then.
Wow, you really nailed the guitar harmonies. Kicks the song off just right. This is another extremely competent piece of production work. The electric guitars were really a standout part of the whole track.

I've never heard this before. I didn't know Queen did anyting in this style.
Anyway, that's a fine production work with the voice layers and the guitar playing. Very impressive. I like the little voice effects toward the end too.

You should check out some of the older albums (maybe someone would upload a few in the File Sharing forum). Every ablum is an adventure because they do so many different styles of music. All four members contributed songs and each one had their own musical influences.

Thanks for the very kind replies guys, Brians tone has been something i couldn't nail for so long, but i knew on Bohemian Rhapsody i couldn't do a half ass'd job about it so i put abit of time in on it, that was recorded on the Pod XT though, where as '39 was recorded on the X3L, and i think it works even better now, so im really pleased with that, its something crossed off my to-do list :)
Thaks again everyone :thumb:
