We did this one a long time ago, but I thought my playin' was "too much". So I grabbed a beer (or two) and rerecorded the guitars, a lil' more "naked" with my new geetar (see picture).

I got myself a Japanese Squier Strat from '93 at a REALLY good price (2200 SEK) a week ago.

Fredrik is coming back to Sweden for some holiday in three weeks and I'm laying down some GNR, Purple and Van Halen at the moment. It's gonna be fun!

Yeah, it's about 180£, bargain of my life. One of the nicest guitars I've ever played. And I use it through a V-Amp2 that I purchased from I guy in my area for 300 sek, that's 22£...

I seem to remember the original also and that was cool as hell. This has the great Blackmore sound. You can't beat a Japanese Squier mate. Geordie has one just like that (or did have...not sure). Mine's battered but still sounds great when it has strings on (it's resting at the moment!).

I was disturbed by the hard right mixing of the guitar. It must have been intentional but I don't care for it. The guitar tone in itself is good though. Playing is competent and "held back" as you said. Very good.

Fredrick sounds very good. The song can be hard to sing because it's pretty high in pitch.
Excellent cover overall.
