Steve Meynell went to the downstairs toilet, in the mean time this local ex biker psycho (Fred) came in with his wife (Looby Lou) (Meynell had only been horsing Looby while Fred was away) Fred had found out & was out to kill. Anyway Fred goes straight down to the toilets where Meynell is, next thing theres a loud bang and a peroxide flash as Meynell comes flying through the pub looking like a panicking Zebra with fred like an enraged baboon in hot Pursuit.

Anyhow things with the alarms get sorted, everyone is back inside, the band plays on. It all came to and end when Spud offered to batter a lad who happened to be related to a member of a very violent gang (The Wrecking Crew), he went away for the weekend this gang turned up looking for him, I got a kicking for nowt, (He would've ended up with something broken) Chris got his room wrecked and covered with paint. He had a gold top Les Paul in a cupboard at the top of the stairs luckily they never open the door.
