Here is a short quiz to find out which of the seven famous guitarists listed your style is most like! There are many famous guitarists I would have included had I made up the quiz myself. I think I would have been Gary Moore (aspiring) if he were listed!
My results:
1) David Gimore
2) Jimi Hendrix
3) Jimmy Page
You play from the heart. You also deliver a great show anytime. You have skill, but you really don't like to show off. You let the music come in second to the visuals of the show. You prefer to play with people who know what they are doing.
Gotta love it!....Which famous guitarist are you?

David Jon Gilmour (born March 6, 1946) is an English musician best known as the lead guitarist, one of the singers, and one of the main songwriters (with Roger Waters) in the band Pink Floyd. In addition to his work with Pink Floyd, Gilmour has also worked as a record producer for a variety of famous artists. Gilmour has been actively involved with many charity organisations over the course of his career. In 2003, he was appointed by the Queen to The Order of the British Empire for services to music.

Jimi Hendrix (November 27, 1942 – September 18, 1970) was an American guitarist, singer and songwriter. Hendrix is considered one of the greatest and most influential guitarists in rock music history. After initial success in Europe, he achieved fame in the USA following his 1967 performance at the Monterey Pop Festival. Later, Hendrix headlined the iconic 1969 Woodstock Festival. Hendrix helped develop the technique of guitar feedback with overdriven amplifiers.[ He was influenced by blues artists such as B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Albert King, and Elmore James, rhythm and blues and soul guitarists Curtis Mayfield, Steve Cropper, as well as by some modern jazz. Hendrix is also widely thought to have been influenced by Pete Townshend of The Who, who performed in London when Hendrix started his career there in 1966. Carlos Santana has also suggested that Hendrix's music may have been influenced by his Native American heritage. As a record producer, Hendrix also broke new ground in using the recording studio as an extension of his musical ideas; he was one of the first to experiment with stereophonic and phasing effects during recording. Hendrix won many of the most prestigious rock music awards in his lifetime and has been posthumously awarded many more, including being inducted into the USA's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1992 and the UK Music Hall of Fame in 2005. An English Heritage "Blue plaque" was erected in his name on his former residence at Brook Street, London in September 1997 and his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame (at 6627 Hollywood Blvd.) was dedicated in 1994. In 2006, his debut USA album, Are You Experienced, was inducted into the United States National Recording Registry and Rolling Stone named Hendrix number 1 on their list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time in 2003.

James(Jimmy)Patrick Page,(born 9 January 1944) is an English guitarist, composer and record producer. He began his career as a studio session guitarist in London and was subsequently a member of The Yardbirds, from late 1966 to 1968, before founding the English rock band Led Zeppelin. Page has been described as "unquestionably one of the all-time most influential, important, and versatile guitarists and songwriters in rock history." In 2003, Rolling Stone magazine ranked Page #9 in its list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time. He has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice, as a member of The Yardbirds and also as a member of Led Zeppelin. Also appointed to the Order of the British Empire by the Queen.

Jones was rated the 75th Greatest Guitarist of all time by Rolling Stone Magazine and placed 9th in Guitar World's Top 100 Greatest Heavy Metal Guitarists. You are just one component of music. The spotlight is your home, but only if you've have your Jack Daniels for the day. Lay off the drugs and fourteen-year-olds. You have good talent, and you don't want to waste it by doing stupid stuff now.

Jimi Hendrix
David Gilmour
Tom Delonge
Adam Jones
Synyster Gates

1) Dimebag
Music to you is just a chance to have fun and just play. After the show you like to party hard and drink with the guys. You are not afraid to be in the spotlight. Heavy music is where its at. You find that nothing cures a hangover like more alcohol.

2) Synyster Gates
3) Adam Jones
