Great Rainbow track this one and who better to sing it than John (JPF). So here is our tribute to a great band.
Big huge thanks go to Avalon for providing the fantastic backing track and a huge shout out to my buddy Jer for mixing and producing the track. Wonderful work guys.
John floored me with his vocal performance, cheers John:boobies: . Me on guitars, I did many takes and would have liked that mid section a little tidier, oh well "maybe next time" ....
Cheers to JPF, Avalon and Jer, thanks for bringing this one together.

It has the rainbow feel. Nice work by John on vocals.
The backer sounds great. I like the solo and overall guitar sound.

Ahh excellent work on this fellas , its odd but most ppl rave on about Since You've Been Gone and All Night Long of the Down To Earth album , personally though i do actually think this , Eyes Of The World, and Makin' Love are the best songs of the album , so its great to hear this being covered , ofcourse John did fantastic work on the vocals , he sounds really at home singing Graham Bonnett songs and i think you did excellent work on the guitars aswell Mark , i know your working very hard on the Blackmore front of things , so keep up the great work mate
5 stars on a great song :)

Well like i said on the PM mate, i really liked what you guys did with it, had a very 'live style' feel to it, and a lovely tone on the guitar Mark, its great to hear a track off Down To Earth too, its probably my fav Rainbow album, its between that and Bent Out Of Shape for me, but i always imagined John singing this, pretty much the entire album tbh, and you didn't disappoint mate, great performence :thumb:
Not alot to say on the backer really, it was a small update to a very old backer of mine, just basically brought the new instruments onto my original programming, and my apologises to Mark and John for not being able to dedicate enough time for a really thorough update to the backer.
Anyhow, you guys did all the hard work, and 5 coming your way :thumb:

Nice, I enjoyed that. Vocals kinda reminded me of Paul Rodgers. *****
Thanks for taking the time to listen y'all!!! Yea, another struggler for me, i'm afraid!!! Try as i may, i hit a wall somewhere in the upper parts, that no matter how much i work at it, i just can't get past!! I want to thank Mac for inviting me on this, and Jamie and Jer for their obvious and fantastic involvement!!! I do love trying to do Bonnets stuff, the guy is really a powerhouse!!! :thumb:
