Well i've never exactly been much of a EVH fan, but i enjoy it from time to time, and Eruption is definately one of the best pieces he did :)
As for learning it, got enough on my plate with Mr Petrucci atm :lol:

As close as close can be I reckon. I gave up years ago BUT one of my students just bought a Wolfgang...Korean one; and the neck was great so I kicked into it tonight would you believe. Still sucks!

he really did nail it and i think he's right on the money when he said it's all about eddies swing and nuances , alot of people overlook that almost swing feel that eddie has in his lead playing and rhythm lines .. cool video !
