I think the Simulator is my fav.

Exactly the response i had expected!!! I mean really.......ok, theres the ergonomics of it, the high tech components and whatnot....but it looks like it belongs on the underside of a fucking sailboat as a keel!!! Hey Johnny!! I've never really been keen on all these odd shaped guitars, give me Strat, Ibanez S or RG anyday (or even a Bulky Acoustic), and for most part i think alot of other ppl hate them too, so it makes you wonder who actually buys them :dunno:
A couple of the more standard designs look ok, but nothing past that.

Looks like everybody is on the same page as far as overall first apeal of these guitars.But my question is this.. how could this company be so far off the mark in their assumption that traditional players would actually think this is a viable new design?.

Either(A) this is a well thought out campain to fill a nich'e market of Xbox & PS3 guitarhero and ipod generation type players.

Or (B) The Biggest flop since New Coke or The peoplemover.

What i dont get however is market reaserch is so important these days when launching any new or different style product, even one based on a time honored icon like the guitar.

Even games like Rockband or Guitarhero knew enough to make deals with Gibson and Fender to feature iconic mainstays as the Srtat and Lespaul.So how on Gods green Earth did Kramer think this lame duck would fly?

Who knows. Maybe it will become as good a design as this one. A couple hundred years and we (we?) will see.
