cheeky fecker :) I am still here - just not as active at the moment. I have just dried up on music and lost a bit of interest. I hope its temporary - I have invested far too much time and money for me to lose interest now :)

As for wahwah I am sure he is around - probably done his back in installing a new industrial fridge :D

He was on the other day (Wednesday I think) cos I pm'd him and got a reply.
I might be wrong but he seemed to be pissed off when that vote thing never took off. Who knows :dunno:

Bread??? This guy 3 yards away is pulling out a carp every 5-6 minutes. I see the mofo is using some sort of yellow doe. I keep throwing the pole and landing the damn fishing float close to his. But no way. I´m thinking of nicking his tackle box whenever he´s busy.

It's not like Chris to be pissed about that. He wasn't asking for votes, he was asking people to get involved. IF it IS about that then I think he underestimated how much some of us are in awe of people with his kind of skills. I for one would be wasting my time entering a competition like that.

Or then maybe he's gone off and won it and is enjoying the high life...

It could be he's finally working on the new Black Rose stuff or maybe he's gone off on his hols, or he's quite rightly thinking there's more to life than GB everyday. Anyway, Mondola might know the answer, he and Chris are in touch quite a lot.

I don't see Chris getting bent out of shape over at GB people over something like that, probably just busy with a project.

Hi guys,

Ain't been around as getting ready to move house in a bit of a hurry. Had a skip in etc and binned a lot of stuff but still had all school and home lessons to do so I just decided to get on with this and leave everything else alone for a while...hopefully will complete move by middle of May and then can get back to some normality.

Had a break today as my son was at a football tournament in Penn. 24 teams of 8 and he got to the finals, scored three but lost by a slim margin of one goal. I'm VERY proud of him. :thumb:

Oh, and the Guitar Idol thing? I was dissapointed that more didn't join up as this IS a guitar site and it costs nowt. I thought if more did then the site could have got some exposure and maybe some people would have got behind them. It never really happened but that's not the reason I ain't been about...just work commitments along with sorting out solicitors and shit. Looking forward to Satch with Paulo Gilberto, Whitesnake and Def Leppard and also Journey during the summer. :)

Just up the road a bit...still High Wycombe but bigger house and closer to the local common. Bigger room for me little girl and just 'more' of everything really. It's also a 'catchment' move as we have that horrible crap to contend with called 11Plus and Sam is nearly 10! If he fails then his school options are piss poor whereas if he passes he'll be in a good grammar boy's school with a chance to shine. We do all this for our kids in the end don't we?

I thought grammar schools were history :headscratch: . I don't see why they should to be honest . I was a very bright kid , held back by thicker ones  . Serious its sensible to take out the wheat from the chaff although friends from my Secondary Modern school have become very very successful . I think good schools exist in good areas , often middle class areas . Its all about pulling out the thugs before they infect others . Something better schools achieve .

Hope your kid does well :)

No mate...things are pretty good down here at the moment and when I consider I left in '86 when I was 24 and I'll be 46 this year, that's nearly half me life...the last 9 in Bucks. I like to visit but, as you know, when you get older you can count yer real mates on one hand.
