It's funny that they would come down so hard on this prank in the article you posted.Thats just good clean fun!.
What is duplistic about this article is the fact that The English newspapers and TV can show topless women and are fairly lax about nudity.But yet they come down on these poor guys just having a bit of fun.

I must admit at first i thought it was the driver mooning the camera and i thought man that guy is talented to contort like that.Then i realized your cars are right hand drive:lol: .

I had a mate who lived in the same street as Mary Whitehouse. (Anti porn, moral decency campaigner). He was on his bike on the way to work and noticed her in her front garden pulling weeds... cant have weeds you know! So stood on the footpegs, dropped his pants and rode past finger on the horn.
