Got a bad case of gas the other day, and picked this up. A Morgan Monroe Blues 32, a copy of a 1932 Gibson L-1 like Robert Johnson played (who'd a thunk I would want one of those:lol: ). It's pretty sweet. Solid spruce top, mahogany body, 5 ply binding, grover open back tuners, and bone nut and saddle and a really comfortable V-shaped neck. Came with an arch top hardshell case with a hygrometer built in. Needs the action adjusted a little bit, but so far it sounds pretty nice. Not boomy like my dreadnaught, but a sweet even tone that's great for fingerpicking. I'm going to try and find some time to record with it soon. Best of all, I got it off eBay for $320 including case and shipping.

That is Nice.......Lucky dog.

always wanted to get some old blues acoustic like that, do they still make that model?.
I watched the Eric Clapton DVD that he did on Robert Johnson its a dvd + Cd combo of live sessions, and he was playing a guitar like you showed in your post.

There is no sweeter sound than a midrange blues acoustic.Make sure to post something so we can hear it.:)
