Suddenly realised tonight that a while back I upgraded the memory in what we laughingly call our computer, which would possibly mean that it may just manage to run a proper DAW instead of the basic MIDI editor's I have been stuck with. So, quick "Crash course in Cubase" (Thank you Goport :thumb:) and here we are :D First attempt, but had to put the bass and lead on, used Shannon's Ibanez again. Still not perfect, cant run VST effects along with EzDrummer, but way,way better than Anvil Studio!

Sounds good to me!..BP gave me the same "Crash course!" & now i'm finding it a lot easier after many "Wipe outs" of songs, choruses & vocals along the way!..I use VST 5 but my friend BP is adamant i should take the next step up to SX?.....I'm a bit wary because i've just got my head around this programme!...great stuff..Let's have more!:)

I thought this sounded great Steve , shows just how far you have come with the bt side of things imo , the guitars sound excellent aswell , i agree with Kenny sounds like something that should be playing in a Bond film, maybe when his having a fight and leaping building to building lol :D
Im the same aswell tho , i also suffer from the lack of a good comp and can't use half the goodies lots of other ppl can (and what alot of our members put up in the fileshare section sadly ) , its pretty annoying , however i also find its a blessing in disguise cos it teachs you how to really master what you use and how you use it , once you do that you often find you can yield far greater results using your basic stuff then most of the ppl who use near enough a full studio :)
As far as i can see your taking the right steps mate , cos wielding all the best VST's or all the best programs dosen't make you better, cos if you don't know how to program things from scratch , how get the best out of every instrument you use then it dosen't matter if you have a studio orchestra at your disposal , so keep up the great work Steve , 5 stars :)
