Just for the fun of it I'm submitting a song recorded back in 1990. I wish I could take credit for the lead guitar.. but I can't, I'm the one chunking away on the rhythm.

There are glitches here and there in the recording, I was taking it from JACKED UP casette to MP3, I barely rescued the tape.

So, crack a beer open, break out the acid washed jeans and your old Reeboks, comb out the mullet and laugh with me.

Was too quiet for me (Going a tad deef in my old age) so downloaded it and played in VLC, which made it too hissy so loaded into Audacity and took that off, which made it a bit harsh so compressed it .... anyway ..... great song and I enjoyed my listen. Hope you don't mind but I have taken the liberty of posting the results of my messing with it here :thumb:

That was recorded at Panda Studios in Clearwater FL, the engineer was the person playing the lead guitar, he rocked like a monster!!

This is my second submission actually, the other was "Noodlin'", I had to delete rough draft in that thread to make room for "Searchin'"

I was stationed at Avon Park AFR at the time so it was a convenience thing to record there. I wish we'd had all the computer gizmos and gadgets we have now so we could have saved a grand or so.

If I remember correctly it was around $1500 to record the 4 songs.
