Okay so I will explain what this is for first and then show you what I have done so far.
I am the owner of a fairly large online gamming site, where lots of people from around the age of 13-25 discuss the latest entertainment, including games, music, sports, movies, just everything that 13-25 people like to discuss almost.

The other night I had this urge to make a remix of this song by Simple Life - I'm just a kid

As I cant write lyrics or modify lyrics very well this is the best I have done so far

Basically its a song about a nerd and in the end he realises he is not a nerd tonight. May sound silly, but it is meant to be a bit of fun, and something fun for my members. After this one, im trying to get my members in on the action and get them to produce some songs that they remixed.


So here is the request:
As I have noticed people from this site have talent, I would love for this song to be made, maybe several people may like to make a version of it? so that way it would be a battle to see who can make the best version for my site?

Prizes:
I can offer an advertising banner on my forum home for this site next to my music section.
and I can offer a featured site listing in my links directory.

As for the winner, im open to suggestions but im hoping that this will be a bit of fun for the members of this site and in return, you will get full credits for making the song when this is released to my members.


The lyrics are open to modification, but im trying to keep it close to what it is, but of course it would need modify coz i doubt it would be sung very well with how it is now lol.

Anyway, im looking forward to finding out what everyone thinks.

Thanks, although I feel the lyrics dont mix to well at this stage, so im open to changes, however even if there are no young voices, I would still love to hear it sung and put together, as ive lisented to several songs made by members here and i really liked their voices.

While I agree 100% with PodGod's comment, I must say that "Soupofile" is a pretty funny name for a song about raping soup! :lol: The logistic problem though with this song premise is that, in order to rape soup, the soup must resist your amorous advances. My experience with soup is that it rarely fights back when acosted sexually. :notme: Perhaps another bong hit may be just what you need to sort out the nuts and bolts of this logistic problem. in the meantime, please try to respect the intent of this thread and play nice. Ok dude I got some free time today I'll see what I can string together I'll keep it straight up rock with some catchy licks and a short solo but as far as the singing that ain't my strongest area but I could give it a shot. I'll make two tracks on with vocals and another without. Gimme a day or two I'll have something for a start.
