Heres a short one for you. I originally did the rhythm guitars for a mate who wanted to know how to get a good stereo effect ( i played the same thing twice and panned them for him). I then just practiced some phrasing as until very recently i didnt quite understand what phrasing was in the guitar world:tard: :tard: Tried to make a bit of a melody out of it too. Any comments/ critiques/ slag offs are always welcome.:thumb:

Oh yeah, its called chicken foot cos i liken my left hand to a chickens foot! I just can't get my little finger to work. I might aswell just have 3 fingers.

Great bit of stereo imaging. I like your tones as well. Very nice little ditty.
I do like good phrasing. It should come natural with rests in it like a good saxaphone player who allows himself to breath in the "right places." Nice job.

...and don't take my name in vain again...;) :thumb:

Hey Ender! Thanks very much for dropping in to listen and comment. I only know of the stuff Mick Jones did with the Clash, so ill take that compliment any day. Cheers.

Thanks Mac, i was looking for something to break the tune up a bit, it was sounding too samey. So i took the lead line out of tracktion software put it in Audacity and added the Wah plug in it has, then put it back into tracktion. Its a bit over processesd but served its purpose here i thunk.:)

I meant the Foreigner Mick Jones :) that kinda rhythm he plays on tunes like Long Long Way from Home, reminds me of that style a bit.

Great work on this Stereo , im sure your mate digged the rhythm cos i certainly did , also liked the middle bit with the modded lead guitar sound cutting in , changes the direction as you said and gives it a diffrent edge :D
All in all a very enjoyable listen mate .., lol i know what you mean about the 3 fingers , i only started using my little finger about 2 yrs back , but i started learning alot of neo classical back then so using 3 fingers was a no no , had to stop being a lazy git and use it lol
Anyway 5 stars mate :)

Thanks very much for the listen and comments. Damn little finger! I seem to cope OK when practicing some scales but it doesn't work too good any other time! Just gotta practice more..... or stop be lazy as you quite rightly pointed out. Thanks again Bahamut.
