well other than those choices, I thought the movie the Untouchables with Connery and Costner was entertaining as well,

but truth be told I haven't seen alot of gangster movies, even though I have watched Godfather 1, and a few episodes of the Sopranos, LOL

Can't argue with the top 2, but i kinda agree the Untouchables could of been in there, but very glad to see Godfather Part 3 isn't there, that would of made the list worthless

From the looks of early reviews, The Dark Knight will likely be on that list as well :)

The Dark Knight is a gangster movie ?...

Lol, yeah, I was scratching my head at the same thing...but I'll be damned if a lot of critics over at Rotten Tomatoes aren't saying something like this about the flick:

"Martin Scorsese's The Departed. Michael Mann's Heat. Brian de Palma's The Untouchables. And now, Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight can join the list of one of the most absorbing and intense crime dramas in modern movie milestones."

Fair enough. Either way, I am dying to See TDK. Looks fantastic. A chance to see Heath Ledgers finest and final performance too.

Yeah! For me, Batman Begins was probably the best comic book movie I've ever seen. Most of the reviews say this movie blows Batman Begins away and Ledger is up there with Hannibal Lecter!!....
