View Full Version : eamon7 sings How Much I Feel (Ambrosia)
Had posted this earlier with my own vocals, but since Kenny has a much higher range and great harmonizations skills, he was gracious enough to sing this for me in a redo. He does an excellent job, not only of hitting the right notes, but of delivering the lyrics with a great deal of passion and energy. Please give this one a spin as Kenny has done a wonderful job of taking this song to a much higher level!

Pretty good, but watch the singing pitch here and there. It's pretty high register work and always a challenge.

thanks for stopping by guys. i appreciate the comments. i know i have a bit of a pitch problem when i sing high. my hearing isn't that great anymore and i get off a bit. as for the song. i asked joe if i could have a shot at it just for my own enjoyment. i wanted to take a crack at those harmonys. sang all 8 different harmomy parts twice and panned then left and right a bit to leave a space in the middle for the lead vocal. not only is it time comsuming but it is hard on the voice too. some of the parts are pertty high. after i sent it to joe to check out we decided to post it. again i think he did a nice job on the instruments. i think people dismiss some of these songs because they are pop but it is a lot harder than they think. this was a lot of work for both of us but it is worth the time spent. at least i think so. thanks again for the nice comments and thanks joe for letting my sing this.

Well no pitch problems on my headphones, just a brilliant job by you both  , i enjoyed this the first time round, even though its not exactly my thing, and i did this time too, the same excellent job on the backing Joe, and another masterful performence on vocals Kenny, 5 :thumb:

Excellent work on this fellas , i did like your own version Joe where you were singing but i can understand bringing Kenny in on this , as it sounded excellent , the bt and the instruments sound great as i mentioned before and with Kenny's vocals it sounded lovely without any pitch probs to my ears , excellent work lads :headbang:
Thanks guys. I appreciate the comments for both versions - mine and Kenny's. Ultimately, while I'm happy with some of my own vocal work, overall Kenny just hit this out of the ballpark and it's more fun for me to listen to him sing it. I know the song is perhaps a little too mellow or commercial for some tastes, so I really appreciate the listen and replies.
