I figured the Romper Room was the appropriate place to herald my arrival. I'm back, I'm lean and I'm mean. For those of you that know me, most haven't seen me in awhile. Lots of stuff going on, Life Change kind of stuff. I quit smoking in March which has helped my voice tremendously. I don't know how Geoff Tate does it, but I can't smoke AND sing. With that, I've also started training for a triathalon in November. Don't get excited, it's only the baby Triathalon that every one starts out on, but it's a start for me. Three days a week at the gym, riding 10-15 miles and running 2-3. I'll be lean and mean in no time, which is good since I've been eating like a horse since I don't smoke anymore. It's good to see lots of friendly faces and I look forward to catching with you and maybe making some new music. Oh and if I'm not supposed to be here, just tap me on the shoulder and I'll leave quietly. ;)
