Anybody using the new Google Chrome (http://www.google.com/chrome)
http://www.google.com/chrome/intl/en/images/dlpage_lg.jpg
or Internet Explorer 8 (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/beta/default.aspx)?

Both are beta and full of bugs from what I see. Just curious what you think so far :)

I'm trying Chrome....Its fast. I like it for that reason. But I've found a few bugs, mostly on machines running Vista. With XP I have had fewer bugs.

Nope. Sticking with Firefox 2.0.0.16. But the damn thing wants me to update.

That Google browser is mostly a rip of mozilla. Like with all other Google shit, it wants to usurp your computer. Stay away. Nothing beats Firefox 3.x.

Yeah, I gotta say I am disappointed with Google Chrome. There are a few nice features (I really like the built in task manager) but I found alot of compatibility issues with many pages that I go to. I like that it's open source and based on Mozilla's code. It doesn't support embedded active x and there are no extensions (although Google says this is coming soon). Still, it's in it's beta stage and it's too soon to judge just yet. There's not alot new in IE8(not enough for me to try it anyway). I find it interesting that, with all the emphasis on security and internet crime etc., both of these new browsers have a "porn mode" where users can, to some extent, cover their tracks. Doesn't make much sense to me. Anyway, I'm sticking with Firefox of course, but these new browsers had me curious.

Never heard of them, never tried 'em.
Only just updated to explorer 7 as well as firefox 3 once I was comfortable bot were stable (ish).

Beta means bugs to me mate and with the number of stuff we use the internet for in this house, beta versions aren't something I trust.

I am still playing with beta 2 of IE8. It's pretty good, actually. Still don't think I'll replace Firefox though.
