    Rush - 'YYZ' BT

Don't worry about it SG Std...no harm done...i'm just glad i've finally heard the original !!! Was thinking i may have to re-do the BT once i did , but even though there are some 'sound' differences , i'm still pretty happy with it...

Anyway , 3rd time lucky...here's 'YYZ' by Rush... (By the way...i've deleted the tracks on the 'Dweezil Zappa ?...Steve Vai ?...Paul Gilbert' BT ? and 'Rush - La Villa Strangiato' BT posts , but left the 'With Guitar' one on...)

Hey Kai...nice to hear from you...sorry mate , but the only thing i like about 'Match 20' , is that when a song of theirs comes on the radio while i'm at work , it's just a good excuse to go out for a cigarette!!!...i actually think Rob's solo stuff is better...
Anyway , listened to you jamming along to my 'Journey - Any Way You Want It' BT on 'Ultimate Guitar' , and i reckon it sounded not too bad !!! Just a couple more tweeks in the sound and you'll have it down-packed...I was just really stoked to hear someone else (other than myself) jamming along to my BT's !!! Don't know much about 'Pre-Sets' , as my set up is pretty simple...JCM 900 100W Marshall , Boss Metal Zone (for the solos) and a Morley Wah Pedal , which i mainly use as a filter , or a 'tone' changer...
Haven't had the time to experiment further with 'Intelliscore Ensemble'...too busy working , practicing , and making BT's , but i will do probabley during the Christ' Hol's...
Sorry mate , but i did a midi search of the John Mayer song 'Slow Dancing In A Burning Room' , and the only one available is 'Guitar Only' , so i regret to say that i won't be able to make that BT...still got those other 'Journey' BT's you requested to make , so that's something...
Anyway , keep up the good work on 'Ultimate Guitar'.

    Eric Clapton BT

Originally set out to do 'Buddy Guy's' version of this track , but no midis were available , so i settled for 'Eric Clapton's' version , which is equally as SICK !!! Was a mission and a half making this BT...just listen to the 'Pro-Tab' (there's only one available) and you'll know what i mean...
Anyway , i've based this BT on the 'From The Cradle' album version...here's 'Five Long Years'...

First time i've done this so let me know if the link didn't work...it's 320 kbps too for max quality.

    Nirvana BT

It's a shame that most of the 'Bleach' album midis and Pro-Tabs available are crap (as it's one of my favorite albums) , and this one was no exception...pretty much re-wrote half of the drums and bass to make it almost exactly the same as the original...Anyway , here's 'Mr. Moustache'...

    Black Sabbath BT

There's another BT of this song available , but even though it's not too bad , i just had to have a crack at it myself...Geezer Butler is very busy on the bass guitar , so i spent 2 days editing the 'Pro-Tab' (Drums also) to make it so close to the original...my only failing was not quite getting the "Intro" part tempo right...anyway , here's 'Behind The Wall Of Sleep'...!!!

    The Beatles BT

It's getting to be 'routine' now...i'll start by downloading all the Pro-tabs and midis available of a song i want to make a BT of , then start working on the best one...most of the time even the 'best' one is crap , and this Pro-tab was no exception...re-wrote (and this one also required a total re-structure) the entire bass score plus some of the drum parts...it's all part of the job though and i love doing it...instead of a 'count in' at the start i added onto the BT the original songs intro , which i think is quite amusing...anyways , here's Taxman...
